Tonight hadnât gone at all how Iâd expected. Instead of spending hours cleaning an office building, I was cuddled against my boss, naked in his bed after giving him my virginity. I wasnât quite sure how the night had taken such a sharp turnâbesides the whole stumbling across them cleaning up a murder scene thingâbut I didnât regret what had happened between us.
Not when it brought me so much pleasure. Physical and emotional.
Our chemistry was strong, and my heart had melted when Dash had said there was only me from now on. Maybe some people would judge me for falling into bed with him so quicklyâespecially without a condomâbut they could go jump off a cliff for all I cared. Life was too short for that kind of negativity. And tough.
Dash was offering me a chance at happiness, and I was going to grab hold with both hands. It had been so long since Iâd had someone who truly cared about me in my life. Dash had already shown more concern for my well-being than my sister had since Iâd arrived in town. She was too busy walking on eggshells with her creepy boyfriend to worry about me. She probably wouldnât even notice if I didnât come back when Iâd told her Iâd be home after work. But with how closely he paid attention to me, I had a feeling Dash wouldnât miss if I was even a minute late if he was expecting me to be somewhere.
Rubbing my cheek against his chest, I pressed a kiss to his pec. Then I tilted my head back to smile up at him. âMy legs feel like jelly. Iâm not sure when Iâll be able to walk again.â
The grin he flashed me sent butterflies swirling in my belly. âNo worries, beautiful. I can just carry you everywhere.â
âI wouldnât put it past you.â I laughed softly, shaking my head.
âDamn straight. Whatever you need, Iâm your man.â He patted my butt with a grin. âItâs only fair since Iâm the one who fucked you until you couldnât walk.â
I shifted my legs a little, surprised that I wasnât more sore than I was, considering the size of his dick. But heâd been rightâit fitâ¦and gave me more pleasure than I ever thought possible. âHaving you carry me around sounds awesome, but Iâm sure my legs will be back to being able to hold me up soon.â
âIf not, just let me know.â My stomach let out a loud rumble, making him chuckle. Cheeks heating, I buried my face in his chest, but he tilted my head back again. âNo hiding from me, beautiful. And you better not be on a diet or some stupid shit like that. Love your curves just the way they are.â
His compliment wasnât the prettiest Iâd ever heard, but it was real. The sincerity shining from his gorgeous hazel orbs made it clear that he meant every word. âIâm not on a diet. I just wasnât hungry this morning, so I skipped most of my breakfast, and my appetite wasnât back by lunch.
